The firm concentrates its practice in the area of real estate taxation, eminent domain and governmental matters. In the real estate tax area, we represent clients with all types of commercial, industrial and larger residential properties and developments concentrating in obtaining fair and equitable assessments on their behalf. We also assist our clients in obtaining "assessment incentives" and "tax abatements" designed to encourage industrial, commercial, and multi-residential development or rehabilitation. While most of our clients are located in Cook County and the surrounding counties, we represent clients throughout the state and refer clients to real estate tax attorneys throughout the country.
